Subfascial Endoscopic Perforator Surgery (SEPS)

Subfascial Endoscopic Perforator Surgery (SEPS)
Subfascial endoscopic perforator surgery is a well
developed technique to treat perforator veins, which persist after traditional Radiofrequency (RFA) or Laser treatments. The technique is performed by a board
certified surgeon who is able to find small veins deep within the leg, which may be causing persistent symptoms. At South Coast Vein Care, these
perforator veins can often be treated with additional percutaneous ablation techniques using either RFA or the Laser. But in rare cases, our board
certified surgeon can use SEPS to treat these sometimes difficult veins in the operating room.
