Todd S. Harris, M.D.

Dr. Todd S. Harris is board certified in General Surgery as well as highly trained in Interventional Medicine. Dr. Harris is a graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina and completed his general surgery residency at St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center in New York City. After completing his surgical residency, Dr. Harris was in private practice for 2 years then returned for a Cardio Vascular and Interventional Radiology (CVIR) fellowship at the University of Minnesota for one year. During that year, Dr. Harris performed over 1000 image guided cases. He also continued working as a general and trauma surgeon in Minneapolis during his fellowship and upon completion moved to Orange County to join South Coast Vein Care.
