Embolization of Pelvic Varices

At South Coast Vein Care, our physicians are fellowship trained in 'endovascular' procedures, which allows us to treat many of the largest veins in the body. Men and women can both suffer from pelvic venous congestion, which may present as sterility in men, swelling within the male groin, or chronic pain and pressure in the pelvis in women. Treatment of these diseases can be challenging and must be performed by an individual trained in endovascular therapies. Since all of our physicians are fellowship trained, we offer ovarian or testicular venous embolization for patients diagnosed with these conditions.
